Delivery dates and addresses can be changed or cancelled without restrictions with 24 hrs notice of your scheduled delivery. Once you enroll we'll notify you by e-mail or phone 2 days prior to your delivery. You may then confirm it, change your delivery to neighbor's house if you are going to be out of town or change the delivery to a later date. You may also call us or e-mail and have us deliver at an earlier date in case you are running low on food or treats.

Because we don't have the overhead of a retail shop, we are able to offer the same quality products at very competitive prices and still include delivery on orders of $35.00 or more. Smaller orders pay only a flat $5.00 delivery fee.
