Personalized Customer Service
Being a small, local business we can provide you with the flexibility you need. If you don't find the product you are looking for on our website, let us know and we will attempt to find it for you. We may also deliver your order to an alternate address with a simple call or e-mail (e.g. a neighbor's house if you're going to be out of town). Every customer is our most important customer.

Flexible Auto Delivery Program
By enrolling in our automatic delivery program, you can relax and let us handle your pet's needs for foods and treats. Simply tell us the frequency you want us to deliver your orders. Delivery dates and addresses can be changed or cancelled without restrictions with 24 hrs notice of your scheduled delivery. Once you enroll we'll notify you by e-mail or phone 2 days prior to your delivery. You may then confirm it, change your delivery to neighbor's house if you are going to be out of town or change the delivery to a later date. You may also call us or e-mail and have us deliver at an earlier date in case you are running low on food or treats.

Because we don't have the overhead of a retail shop, we are able to offer the same quality products at very competitive prices and still include delivery on orders of $35.00 or more. Smaller orders pay only a flat $5.00 delivery fee.
